Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, please send an email to blankceramics@gmail.com with photographs of the broken item as well as the packaging it arrived in, and I will issue you a refund or replace the item as soon as possible.

Caring for Your Piece

Each piece is hand-crafted with care and attention to detail, design, and functionality. These wares are designed to join you in your daily rituals - treat them mindfully & they should last you many years to come. All wares are safe to be used in the microwave and dishwasher, unless otherwise noted on the listing. However, hand-washing is always recommended for handmade ceramics, as it is more gentle on the piece.
